MY STORY
Hi I’m Juliette. I am a busy working mum of three children. I had been working in a high octane corporate environment for many years and felt that I needed to make a change.
I have always had a love for sports (I have worked towards and completed many running races) and decided a few years ago to change the course of my career. I was ready for a new journey! I worked hard to gain my qualifications and accreditations, my client list grew organically - mostly from personal recommendation and now I feel extremely fortunate to be able to inspire, help and train individuals to reach their fitness goals irrespective of their fitness level. I am so happy that I can make a difference.
MY PHILOSOPHY
My multidisciplinary background and experience of family life provide me with the tools to apply my deep-rooted philosophy which is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals irrespective of their fitness levels and situation.
I can empathise with many situations (especially busy parents!) and I am a realist, so I will not plan an approach which is not achievable within your lifestyle. There is no set pathway. Every fitness plan is individually created with thought, precision and flexibility. I intend for it to provide you with maximum results whilst fitting perfectly into your everyday life.

My approach is to have fun, be safe and create a healthy, inspiring atmosphere that my clients enjoy being part of…
Although I am efficient and thorough in my training, I also like to have fun. It’s great to see happy, tired faces at the end of a workout! Those happy hormones do amazing things!

Connecting with my clients…
Whether it be through personal training or group classes, I love to get to know my clients and their story. Everyone is on a different journey and knowing why our paths have crossed at this point in time gives me valuable insight into how we can embark and continue on their fitness adventure.
